Spencer Cramer founded ei3 in 1999 to pursue his lifelong passion for building highly reliable, secure, and efficient internet technologies for manufacturing. Since then, Spencer has built ei3 into an award-winning global leader in the Industrial Internet of Things. In addition to ei3 , Spencer serves on the boards of PaceWorx, an energy assessment company and OMAC, the Organization for Machine Automation and Control. Spencer is a frequently requested speaker at trade conventions, industry groups, academic conferences and private events. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
