An Assembler is responsible for collecting materials and tools to perform assembly and quality control functions per defined procedures, drawings, schematics and work instructions. This position contributes to the organization by utilizing a combination of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to assist customers on installations, troubleshooting and repair of equipment in the field. The job title “Assembler” may become more specific based on the needs of the employer, but some common listings include Assembly Technician, Electrical Assembler or Mechanical Assembler.
