Episode #52 - Looking for Tax Credits to Help You Through the Pandemic?

David Young is the Chief Executive Officer of Cadre Medical Technologies, LLC (doing business as “Cadre Health”).  Cadre Health has a number of different business lines ranging from healthcare technology to staffing to HR processes and tax credits.  David has a knack for improving complex processes—a skill that, no surprise, landed him in the healthcare, staffing and affiliated industries. Before joining Cadre Health, David worked as an attorney and CPA, tackling difficult legal problems for large and small businesses. His passion for problem-solving led him to found 7MB, a technology company that reimagines the way we view time and processes. David received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and his undergraduate degree in business with an emphasis in accounting from Washington State University.

Bern McPheely is a principle in the company Motus, a director of Cadre Heath, a director of Dorner Mfg Corp. and consults to the packaging and other industries.  He retired as President and CEO of Hartness International after more than 35 years of service.  He has also been responsible for successful synergistic acquisitions.  From 2000-2002 Bern was chairman of the PMMI . He was elected to the Packaging Hall of Fame in 2014.  Bern was honored by Start Magazine as one of the top ten "CEO Visionaries Who Ignite Technology" and has briefed President Clinton and cabinet members on the state of US business.    Bern received his MBA from The Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management and received his undergraduate degree from Albion College in Albion Michigan.
